SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to text messages sent by Zarephath Academy to families, guardians, staff, and prospective applicants who have opted in.

Program Description
Zarephath Academy operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with parents, guardians, students, staff, and prospective families. Messages may include school closings and delays, emergency alerts, attendance and pickup notifications, event reminders, admissions and enrollment follow-ups, tuition and billing reminders, and general school announcements.
Consent to Receive Messages (Opt-In)
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, inquiry forms, enrollment paperwork, or by texting a keyword to our number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Zarephath Academy at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase of any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with the school and the type of alerts you opt into. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month for general communication, with additional messages during emergencies, closings, and time-sensitive events.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Zarephath Academy does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to each message sent or received. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time, or reply START.

Supported Carriers
The program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile®, Sprint, Boost, Metro, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Google Fi, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sample Message
"Zarephath Academy: School will dismiss at 12:00 PM today due to weather. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data rates may apply."
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected, stored, and used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website and, where appropriate, by text message. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
