We use your information to respond to inquiries, process enrollment, communicate school updates, deliver text-message alerts you have opted into, and fulfill our educational and administrative obligations. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Mobile Information & SMS

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support the SMS service (for example, our messaging platform provider) is permitted only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. All other categories of personal data exclude mobile opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with (a) service providers that help us operate the school (such as our student information system, email provider, and SMS platform), under contracts requiring confidentiality; (b) government or regulatory authorities when required by law; and (c) with your consent. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Mobile numbers opted out of SMS are retained only as needed to honor the opt-out.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@zcajax.org. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Children's Privacy

Information about students is provided by parents or guardians during enrollment and is used solely for educational and school-administrative purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
