Updated: Mar 13, 2023

How Zarephath Academy is Prioritizing Health and Safety While Continuing to Provide Quality EducationThe Health & Safety

As we continue to navigate the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that the health and safety of our students, faculty, and staff remain our top priority. We are committed to keeping our community informed and up-to-date on our response to the pandemic.

Zarephath Academy continues to monitor relevant indicators of health risks and adheres to local, state, and federal recommendations and protocols for deemed risk levels. We have implemented a number of measures to mitigate the spread of the virus on our campus. These include:

  1. Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization Protocols: We have implemented rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols for our facilities, including classrooms, restrooms, and common areas. We have also installed additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the campus.

  2. Physical Distancing Measures: We have made modifications to our campus to promote physical distancing, including rearranging classroom layouts, limiting class sizes, and modifying school schedules.

  3. Mask Mandate: We require all students, faculty, and staff to wear masks while on campus, regardless of vaccination status. This mandate aligns with current CDC guidelines and helps to mitigate the spread of the virus.

  4. Vaccination Promotion: We strongly encourage all eligible members of our community to get vaccinated. Vaccination is a critical tool in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and reducing the severity of illness.

We remain committed to providing a safe and healthy learning environment for our students. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust our policies and protocols as necessary. We encourage our community to stay informed and to continue to follow public health guidelines to help mitigate the spread of the virus.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

Sincerely,

Zarephath Academy
